North American Arms is pleased to announce that Matthew Lewis has been appointed as the company’s new Chief Operating Officer and President.
Matthew is no stranger to NAA. For nearly 14 years, he has been a dedicated member of our team, contributing his expertise and leadership in multiple capacities. He began his career at North American Arms in engineering, where his technical knowledge and problem-solving skills helped refine and improve our product line. He later served as Quality Control Manager, ensuring that every firearm leaving our facility met the highest standards of safety, reliability, and craftsmanship.
Through these roles and others, Matthew has developed a deep understanding of the unique culture at North American Arms. His commitment to excellence, hands-on leadership, and vision for the future position him well to guide the company during an exciting period of growth.
“As we look toward the future, I’m honored to take on this new responsibility,” Lewis said. “North American Arms has always been more than just a firearms manufacturer. We are a company rooted in craftsmanship and responsibility. I’m excited to work alongside our talented team as we continue to honor that tradition and expand on the legacy that has made NAA what it is today.”
This leadership transition comes at a meaningful time. In 2025, North American Arms celebrates its 50th anniversary—a milestone that reflects half a century of producing the smallest, most reliable firearms on the market. With Matt’s leadership, we are confident in continuing to strengthen our reputation for American-made quality, innovation, and customer trust.
North American Arms remains deeply committed to its values: building reliable products, supporting responsible ownership, and keeping manufacturing proudly Made in the USA. With Matthew Lewis as our new COO and President, we look forward to carrying these principles into the next 50 years.
