Customers may purchase a return shipping label through us to take advantage of our discounted carrier rates. You are also welcome to ship your firearm using your own carrier if you prefer, but we offer this option as a convenient service. Purchase your return shipping here for returns and repairs. Once you purchase our team will process the payment and send a shipping label to your email as soon as possible. You will need to print this out and use it to mail your package to us.
US Mail labels are for FFL holders only sending in a firearm for repair.
The gun will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail to : North American Arms 2150 S 950 E Provo, UT 84606
We need the following information to send a return label:
- FFL Holder Name
- FFL physical address (please use the registered address as your address on the checkout page)
- Email (input at checkout)
- Serial number
- Phone number (input at checkout)
- Copy of FFL sent by email to: sales@northamericanarms.com (please do this before purchasing)
– Optional: Gun Owner’s Name, Phone # and Email
